Wow!!just wow! What an absolute gem on the Adriatic Sea. We came for lunch today and had the most incredible experience. From the stunning ambiance and breathtaking views to the delicious food and warm hospitality, everything was perfect. Alen and Josipa were exceptionally kind and attentive, making us feel completely at home. Partway through our meal, a sudden downpour began, and they quickly moved us inside, making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. We ended up staying well into the evening, unable to leave by boat due to the weather, but their kindness and genuine hospitality turned an unexpected situation into a memorable one!!! It is rare to experience this level of hospitality, authenticity,humanity, and thoughtfulness. Truly unforgettable. Just wow.

Even though they were fully reserved they made room for us. The food was the best we have had so far (1 week out sailing). We could hear Mamma singing in the back putting extra live in the meals I’m sure. Service was excellent, wine suggestion perfect.

We stumbled upon this spot while stopping at a nearby bay, and it turned out to be one of our favorite restaurants in all of Croatia. The views alone are worth the visit, but what truly set it apart was the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. At one point, they literally walked across the way to pick fresh mint from the garden for our cocktails, and they baked fresh bread in-house that was still warm when it hit the table. The entire meal was outstanding, with a focus on locally sourced, seasonal ingredients that really shined in every dish. Highly recommend making this a stop, you won’t regret it.

We were looking for a place to have dinner. We went to Mareta. Even though they had reserved seats, Richard our waiter managed to prepare a table for us too. The service was exceptional. The fish recommended by Richard was very good. The food was very good at a decent price. The view and the ambiance were 10+. We were impressed by the kindness and dedication of the waiter, the impeccable food and service. Thank you!

We had a wonderful dinner. Very nice team, great food well prepared and a nice atmosphere with the sun going down. Of course this restaurant is on an island and not everything is available every day. Also we had to wait to get serviced since it’s a small team serving a few customers. But that’s what we liked. We are in vacation and not in a hurry. Ale and his team, who run this place from this year on, did a really fantastic job for us to have a nice evening with a great dinner.

We enjoyed our holiday on a sailboat, and took the dingy to the pier 20 meters from the restaurant. A great evening with dinner, drinks and a beautiful sunset. We were welcomed by the new owner Alan (2025) who were all big smiles and did everything to make sure we had everything we needed all night. He has great passion for good food and quality wine. Great service, good food and wine! We had a lovely night. Highly recommend.
